Project Overview: Subdivision in Paraparaumu working in peat and sand. Preparation of all roads, placement of basecourse and subgrade.

Earthworks included working in sand and peat.
Goodmans excavated old buried concrete and peat and sorted it. Then concrete was removed for crushing. Peat was stockpiled and finally used as topsoil cover.
Use of both onsite sand and imported sand for fill.
Removal of contaminated material from site.
