Subdivision

Project Overview: Bulk earthworks of 135,000m3 cut to fill in clay and brown rock. There were a few constraints such as a large gas main through the job, hospital directly adjacent to job and working with another contractor undertaking the roading. Environmental controls were established for large residential subdivision in Porirua, 2 large sediment retention pods, silt fencing, hay mulch stabilising. Client was happy and engaged Goodmans directly for Stage 2.
